Dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, or emotional stress that just won’t let up?

Does it feel like your body is constantly at odds with itself? Maybe you’re battling persistent pain, or dealing with the physical toll of anxiety—like a racing heartbeat, tightness in your chest, headaches or stomach aches that seem to come out of nowhere. You might be exhausted from trying to find answers, and yet, nothing seems to provide lasting relief. Perhaps your pain and anxiety are holding you back from fully engaging in life, leaving you feeling disconnected, frustrated, stuck, overwhelmed and drained.

I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to keep living this way. I help people who are dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Whether your pain is physical, emotional, or both, we’ll work together to address the deeper issues—because healing starts with understanding the connection between your mind and body.

Here’s how I can help: If you’re tired of trying to push through your pain and anxiety on your own, I can help. I take a holistic approach that combines therapy with health and wellness coaching to support you in a way that is both practical and empowering. Through techniques like Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Nervous System Regulation, we’ll work together to:

Release tension and emotional blocks; Calm your nervous system; Heal from trauma and emotional pain; Shift your mindset and behavior patterns; Build healthier habits and a stronger relationship with your body. This integrated approach helps you heal from the inside out, addressing both the physical symptoms of pain and the emotional triggers that may be contributing to your anxiety and stress.

Ready to take the next step? If you’re ready to start living with more ease, less pain, and a sense of balance, I’d love to help you get there. Contact me today for a free consultation, and let’s talk about how we can work together to make real, lasting change in your life.

When life feels like too much, it can be hard to know where to begin. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of something painful, a loss, a traumatic experience, or a major life shift that’s left you feeling ungrounded or disconnected. You might not have the words for what you’re feeling, only a sense that something’s not right. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and support is possible.

In my work, I often support clients who feel disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed by emotions they can’t always explain. Trauma can manifest in many ways, panic, self-doubt, emotional numbness, body tension, or difficulty in relationships. I understand how deeply isolating this can feel, and I’m here to help you gently reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside for protection.

My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic therapy, three evidence-based methods that honour the wisdom of the body, the complexity of the mind, and the resilience of your inner system. These approaches allow us to explore your experiences without re-traumatizing, helping you to build internal safety, self-trust, and greater emotional regulation.

As a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience supporting clients through complex trauma, I hold a deep respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, recovering from abuse, or facing a major life change, I’m here to walk beside you with care and non-judgment.

If you’re ready to explore whether this work feels right for you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect and see if it’s a good fit. Healing is not linear, but with the right support, it is absolutely possible.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support your teen? You’re not alone. Whether you’re a parent navigating conflict at home or a young person struggling with anxiety, low mood, or intense emotions, therapy can help restore clarity, safety, and connection.

Over the past eight years, I’ve supported children, teens, families, and adults in youth protection, residential centres, and CLSCs. These experiences shape my understanding of how systems, relationships, and life transitions impact mental health.

My approach is warm, steady, and non-judgmental. I tailor each session to the individual or family in front of me, helping clarify goals, explore patterns, and build practical tools for change. I draw from family systems theory, client-centred and strengths-based models, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based counselling to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and more fulfilling relationships. I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals process distressing memories, reduce the impact of trauma, and foster greater resilience and emotional well-being

What I’ve learned over the years is that building trust, especially with teens, takes time, care, and patience. I work with concerns such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, and family conflict, and my first priority is always to create a space where teens feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. When helpful, I involve caregivers to strengthen communication, clarify boundaries, and foster more consistency and connection at home.

I also offer parental coaching for those navigating conflict with their adolescent. Together, we focus on co-regulation, de-escalation, validation, clearer boundaries, and collaborative problem-solving, all with the goal of improving daily dynamics and emotional safety.

If you’re ready to get started, I’d love to help you or a member of your family feel better and more supported. You can book a full session now, or if you’re unsure, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

I offer support to adults and older adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the ups and downs that come with personal growth and change. Whether it’s finding ways to manage overwhelming emotions, building healthier coping strategies, or reconnecting with a sense of purpose, I work to create a space where individuals feel seen, respected, and supported as they move toward the life they want.

In my work, I deeply believe that every individual already holds the strengths and wisdom they need — counselling is a process of uncovering those resources together. I work collaboratively with each person to help them reconnect with their resilience, values, and inner sense of direction, especially during times that feel overwhelming or uncertain.

I draw from evidence-informed methods such as Cognitive Behavioural strategies (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment-based approaches (ACT), mindfulness practices, somatic approaches and a trauma-informed perspective. My style is client-centered and strengths-based, always adapting to each person’s unique needs and pace.

I have experience supporting people through different stages of life, from young adults balancing school and career pressures to older adults adjusting to new transitions. My background includes offering mental health support to individuals living with persistent challenges and providing person-centered counseling focused on resilience, self-discovery, and growth.

I am committed to offering support that is thoughtful, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in ongoing learning.

Life has a way of taking us on a wild ride, sometimes inspiring, sometimes exhausting, and often a little bit of both. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain worn out by the day-to-day, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you make sense of the mess, using a body-based, creative approach that taps into the strength and wisdom you already carry within you.

I am currently completing my MA in Drama Therapy at Concordia University. I bring a creative, compassionate, and deeply individualized approach to the therapeutic process, understanding that no two people are the same, and that healing should never be one-size-fits-all.

With a rich background in acting, collective creation, and physical theatre, I know that the body holds stories that words sometimes can’t express. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with those stories — reclaiming their narrative through body-awareness, creativity, and self-expression.

My performance background, combined with my training and deep understanding of personal anxiety, has given me unique insight into emotional expression and regulation. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective that utilizes various approaches, including drama therapy, somatic approaches, parts work, role theory, and awe and gratitude practices.

At the heart of my approach is a belief that therapy can be joyful, even when it’s hard. I see humour as a vital part of the healing process and love helping people discover all perspectives of their experiences. My goal is to help you take ownership of your beautifully imperfect life and move forward with confidence, clarity, care, and the resilience to handle whatever comes next.
